KIRE Builders as a company is both a Developer and General Contractor. From entitlement through construction, KIRE’s in-house project management and construction teams are constantly value-engineering and enhancing the design to ensure the end result is a quality product that is delivered on time and on budget.
SALES & MARKETING
The sales and marketing efforts for KIRE’s single family and condominium communities are handled by our subsidiary, KIRE Realty, Inc., while KIRE’s rental communities are managed by one of the best in the industry, RA Snyder Properties, Inc.

KIRE Builders was formed in 2012 during the most recent economic recession when founders Ken Baumgartner and Josh Santa saw the opportunity to deliver residential communities to the greater San Diego market at a tremendous value for our partners and customers. The KIRE team has over 100 years of combined experience and strives to create long lasting value for its partners and customers by creating state of the art elements, exceptional craftsmanship, and continued quality deliverables to its partners. This deduction to our vision led to KIRE Builders being named The BEST New Home Builder in San Diego in 2016. Today KIRE has expanded from building single-family homes to developing large multifamily and multigenerational residences to support the modern needs of the missing middle.
