NC8 Duplexes is located in National City, CA. This project brought four new duplexes with a total of eight units to National City. There are two different floor plans available; one of the plans is a two-story duplex, while the other is a three-story duplex. The duplexes range in size from 1,376 to 1,450 square feet and feature 2-3 bedrooms and a 2-car attached garage.
Addisyn Park Apartments
KirE Builders recently completed its’ 26-unit apartment complex in National City, CA. Addisyn Park Apartments offers the residents of Southern California a new, energy efficient, and spacious design. Pacific Sun Apartments
In conjunction with Chelsea Investment Corporation, The Colette’s Children’s Home, Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, and the City of Huntington Beach, KirE Builders constructed a 6-unit apartment complex named The Pacific Sun Apartments. The Pacific Sun Apartments is an architectural oasis located in the heart of Huntington Beach. The property provides emergency, transitional, and permanent housing to homeless, single women and single mothers with children in hardship cases that have had a difficult time acquiring housing. KirE Builders was proud to construct this safe haven for the community of Huntington Beach.
The Trifecta project at 12th St. and San Vicente Rd. brought 3 brand new semi-custom homes to Ramona. These homes range in size from 1940 to 2190 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 baths, a 3-car garage, and a covered patio. Notable features include granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel cooking appliances, and a walk-in pantry.
The “B” Family Residence
The ‘B’ Family Residence, located in the Elfin Forest in Escondido, CA was completed in 2008. This beautiful custom home is approximately 3800 square feet, has 3 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, an office, craft room, wet bar and two fire places one of which is a 3-sided fireplace. The home features an open concept with a formal dining and living room and a Country French style kitchen, nook and family room.
The “D” Family Residence
The ‘D’ Family Residence was completed in 2012. This beautiful Point Loma estate is approximately 4700 square feet, has 4-bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and boasts some of the most scenic harbor views in San Diego. KirE Builders, Inc. worked with the homeowner to design and build this home, while using over 50% of the existing exterior walls of the home that stood before it. This luxury home incorporates a wide-range of amenities and features, including: custom ironwork, distressed wood-plank floors, a rec-room with sunken wet bar, a residential elevator, a detached Casita, a gorgeous master suite, two stories of wrap-around decks, bi-fold pocket doors, and more!

The ‘H’ Family Residence
The ‘H’ Family Residence was completed in 2009 and has an all metal frame with dense foam insulation. This custom home located in Ramona, CA is 5291 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 porches totaling 700 square feet and a porte-cochere. The home also features a large great room, family room, dining room, wet bar, study, office with a vault, and a large laundry room and mud room for the owners barn.
The ‘B’ Family
The ‘B’ Family Residence was completed in 2012. This stunning estate is a custom 3400 square foot home located in Ramona, CA. KirE Builders managed this turn-key project from start to finish. We worked with the homeowners to select their lot, design a home that would best accent the features of the lot (and vice-versa), worked with the bank to secure construction financing for the homeowner, completed all plan processing and permitting, and constructed their new home. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 5 car garage, a gorgeous entry way that includes a staircase which leads to a second story view loft, and more!
